FlashMasters® are normally shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and shipping and handling are
charged at $4.00 for the first FlashMaster in an order and $1.50 for each additional unit in the same order except that:
I. international shipments are charged at $10 for the first FlashMaster in the order and $3 for each additional FlashMaster in the order;
II. if a purchaser so instructs us (by phone, e-mail or purchase order), shipments within the 48 contiguous continental United States of
at
least 48 FlashMasters will be shipped by FedEx Ground (somewhat slower than US Priority Mail), and shipping and handling are charged at $1.00
for each FlashMaster in the shipment; and
III. if the shipment is
sent by FedEx
(Express) as explained below.
We will ship your order by FedEx (Express), and, if reasonably possible, on the day we receive your order if:
(A) you call us at 1-800-884-3531,
(B) give us an appropriate FedEx shipping address in the United States, and
(C) tell us:
(1) which FedEx Express service(s) you want (next workday morning, next workday afternoon, 2nd workday, 3rd workday,
and/or Saturday delivery),
(2) which telephone number FedEx can use to contact you in case of a problem, and
(3) whether we should authorize FedEx to drop off the order even if no one is present at the address to accept it.
If you use FedEx, we (Flashmaster LLC) will not charge a shipping and handling fee, and FedEx will charge its fee to the same credit
card account used by you to pay us for the FlashMaster(s). (We will not be able to predict the amount of the FedEx shipping fee, but you
probably can get a fairly good estimate if you call FedEx (800-463-3339) or use its website (at
www.fedex.com). If you do this, you should
know that our zip code is 83001, that each FlashMaster weighs slightly less than one pound, and that we normally deliver the order to a
FedEx office or drop-off box.
The earlier that you contact us in the day, the more likely we will be able to FedEx your product that same day.
